Exploration Of Human Tourism Resources Evaluation Based On AHP

After the success of “application for the list of world heritage”, the silk road becomes a hot topic again. Gansu part is the thoroughfare of the silk road, and centralizes the major cultures and civilization of the world. Besides, in recent years, the tourists tend to experience the human tourism, therefore, the high-level requirements for developing the human tourism resources of the Gansu part of the silk road is set. Correctly understanding the human tourism resources and making scientific evaluation is the precondition of tourism planning and management.This thesis, combining the research of the tourism resources evaluation both at home and abroad, adopting the methods of summary and conclusion, selects the AHP to construct the index system of human tourism resources evaluation which consists of objective level, comprehensive evaluation level, project evaluation level and evaluation factors. And this thesis adopts expert grade method to determine the weight of the index, and set up the fuzzy synthesis evaluation, and finally get the synthesis score of human tourism resources unit, and classify and grade the final score of the human tourism resources, consisting of four grades: grade I(premier human tourism resources), grade II(superior human tourism resources), grade III(excellent human tourism resources), and grade(ordinary human tourism resources).According to the comprehensive evaluation of the human tourism resources unit of the Gansu part of the silk road, this thesis finds that the classic human tourism resources of Gansu part of the silk road have expensive taste and great influence on China and abroad; the human tourism resources have apparent concentricity, with high aggregation level; the main human tourism resources have the homogeneity, as well as the strong function of substitutability. In addition, according to the evaluation results, this thesis puts forward the development strategy for the human tourism resources of Gansu part of the silk road: construct the brand system of human tourism product, achieve the brand development, and enhance the competitiveness; adopt the “pole-axis exploitation” for human tourism resources, and enhance the contacts between regional cities, which is a development mode of “powerful combination”; the human tourism resources with homogeneity should adopt the joint development with periphery resources to reduce the negative influence of substitutability on the development of human tourism.
