In this context, the paper dedicatedto facilitate the development of service business in manufacturing enterprisesthrough the coordination of supply chain, so as to provide reference formanufacturing enterprises carrying out service business. In reviewing the literature about the servitization of manufacturing enterpriseand supply chain coordination, this research constructs a model about thecoordination approach of supply chain for services business. Then, the supplierselection criteria and the level of information technology in supply chaincollaboration are introduced as two situational variables to analyze themoderating effect between the coordination of supply chain and service business. The SPSS16.0Software is used to analyze the variables with factor analysis, multiple linear regression analysis and hierarchical regression analysis. Thesignificant correlation between supply chain coordination methods and servicebusiness is verified. The supplier selection criteria and the level of informationtechnology in supply chain collaboration have significant moderating effect. Atlast, the results of the analysis are discussed and interpretated, and the suggestionof how manufacturing enterprises facilitate service business through thecoordination of the supply chain is put forward.According to the empirical analysis of677samples from the FifthInternational Manufacturing Strategy (IMSS2009), the paper indicates:manufacturing enterprises could promote the development of service businessthrough the coordination of suppliers; the structural coordination of customerscan promote the service business of manufacturing enterprises, but theinformation coordination of customers is not conducive to the service business ofmanufacturing enterprises. The moderating effect of the supplier selectioncriteria mainly focus on the relationship between the structural coordination of suppliers and the service business. The moderating effects of the level ofinformation technology in supply chain collaboration mainly focus on therelationship between the coordination of customers and the service business.Manufacturing enterprises need to promote the development of business servicethrough the effective coordination of the supply chain with a comprehensiveanalysis of their own situation.
