The contradiction between economic development and the environment has increased dramatically.How to improve the efficiency of resource utilization,reduce the degree of environmental pollution,and achieve green and low-carbon development have become important issues of concern to the international community,the closed-loop supply chain(CLSC)is a new supply chain operation model generated in this context.By increasing waste recycling,inspection screening,repair and remanufacturing operations,the closed-loop supply chain can effectively control the life cycle of products and weaken the negative impact of supply chain activities on the environment.Internally,supplier selection decisions occupy a fundamental position in closed-loop supply chain management.As the core of a closed-loop supply chain system,the reliability of the supplier directly affects the operational efficiency of the closed-loop supply chain.From the outside,the market environment is confusing.When the external environment of the closed-loop supply chain changes from certain to uncertain,the decision-making,risk attitude and supply chain performance of the supply chain members will be affected in different degrees.Aiming at the complex and volatile market environment,designing a suitable supply chain contract coordination closed-loop supply chain has become a hot topic in the current closed-loop supply chain research.In the context of emergencies,we first study the issue of supplier selection in closed-loop supply chains.According to the structural characteristics of the closed-loop supply chain,the supplier evaluation index system is constructed.Based on the concept of Bayesian Network,the supplier evaluation model is proposed.Further,the EW-TOPSIS method is used to achieve the optimal selection of suppliers.On this basis,we explore the closed-loop supply chain coordination strategy and optimization path in different market environments.Based on the supply chain contract theory,we build the buyback contract model of stable price,stochastic price and risk aversion under stochastic price respectively.Then,the constraints of closed-loop supply chain coordination,the optimal recovery price of waste products and the optimal supply chain ordering strategy are given.Finally,the model is validated by numerical simulation.The research conclusions are as follows:(1)In the supplier selection process,the Bayesian Network(BN)fully considers the diversity of supplier behaviors,the EW-TOPSIS method can select the supplier that best meets the enterprise development goals.When the quality of suppliers is uneven,BN-EW-TOPSIS method is a logical and understandable supplier optimization method.(2)The optimal recycling price of waste products is determined by the current production cost,reprocessing cost,recycling cost of waste products and the elasticity coefficient of the recovery price.If emergencies do not affect the parameters above,there is no need to adjust the optimal recovery price.When any of the parameters are affected by emergencies,the decision maker needs to re-determine the optimal recycling price.(3)In a stable market environment,the benchmark buyback contract can coordinate the closed-loop supply chain.When emergencies break out,regardless of whether the market price is stable or stochastic,the benchmark buyback contract cannot coordinate the closed-loop supply chain.At this time,there is no need to intervene in the market price artificially.If the wholesale price is adjusted properly,closed-loop supply chain can be re-coordinated.(4)The “mean-CVaR” risk criteria of centralized decision is better than the “mean-CVaR” risk criteria of decentralized decision,which can improve the operational performance of the closed-loop supply chain.When emergencies cause market prices to fluctuate stochastically and the risk attitude of supply chain members changes from neutral to risk aversion,the buyback contract can help the supply chain system to response to the drastic changes in demand effectively,but also reduce the aversion of supply chain members to risk,it has the characteristics of anti-emergency and anti-risk.
