With the coming of the knowledge economy,learning ability becomes an importantadaptable indicator to organization or individual. Therefore, enetrprises have to pay attentionto the development of human resources, through on-the-job training of high quality toenhance employee loyalty and competence, to build the core competitiveness of enetrprises.The horse mine staff training as the topic, to strengthen the theory, the theory of learningorganization, training achievement transformation theory and enterprise core competencetheory as the basis, on the basis of corporaet training industry development situation at homeand abroad, applying theory and empirical research methods to study. Firstly, analysis of theproblems and challenges in horse mine staff training, to reveal the internal relationshipbetween staff training and staff quality, staff quality and enterprise beneift. Secondly, processreengineering by including training needs analysis, training plan, training implementation,training effectiveness evaluation and safeguard measures, to implement the goals ofstandardized, systematic, and professional, let employees grow together with the enetrprise.Finally, put forward the reform direction of staff training system to adapt to the externalenvironment and the horse mine development requirements, namely to improve employeecompetency to promote the core competitiveness of enterprises for the mission, the safetytraining as a leader, to the concept of training and mental training for the two wings, with skilltraining as the basis, systematic training and non-systematic training combined,in variousforms, classiifed training system covers all employees.Study shows that, the standard training system not only can improve the overall qualityof staff, improve work quality, reducing safety accidents, but also can reduce the loss,speedup new product research and development, stimulate the staff dedication spirit. Relying on thetraining system, great changes have taken place in many aspects such as employees face,safety in production, fall this synergism, and social image. To establish a new training system,not only for the horse mine to further improve the guidance of staff training, but also forChina’s energy enterprises especially in mining enterprises to enhance the quality of stafftraining has reference value.
