This thesis originates from alanding door production line improvement of Enterprise ABased on the related theory knowledge of lean production, this thesis take thelanding door production line of improve project as the research object to do a seriesof analysis and research, systematically discusses the continuous improvement oflanding door production line of Enterprise A, this improvement project uses researchmethods as value stream mapping analysis, literature research, the simulationmethod, etc.. In improving the production efficiency and save a lot of area, shortenthe manufacturing cycle, eliminating the waste in the process to gain morecompetitive advantage.This thesis presents a set of methods for landing door production line ofEnterprise A to promote lean production.
