In recent years, with the influence of the external environment and the incentives ofHubei postal company’s policy, Hubei postal county business has been growing rapidly,the income scale is continually expanding, and the proportion of income continues toincrease. At the same time, the county postal service is facing fierce market competition.For example, the main competitors in the financial field are Agricultural Bank and creditcooperative, the main rival in the field of circulation is the supply and marketingcooperatives, etc. The purpose of this thesis is to explore how to combine the countypostal internal resources with the given external environment to determine the strategicplan for the development of county business Hubei post company.To begin with, this thesis reviews and analyzes the enterprise strategy, and therelevant theoretical knowledge of research technique and results. Secondly, through thePEST analysis method, the thesis clarifies the environment of Hubei county postal policyand legal, economic, social and technological, and analyzes in-depth the postal industry onenvironment by using the model of five-forces competition. In the internal environment,the thesis mainly describes the general situation of postal industry, Hubei county postalorganization, human resources, business, product, and channel network., etc. Thirdly, byusing the method of SWOT analysis, the thesis summarizes the Hubei county postalcompetitive advantages and disadvantages, analyzes the potential opportunities andpotential threats of Hubei county post.After comprehensively analyzing all the influencing factors of Hubei county postaleconomic development, the thesis determines the strategic goals of Hubei county postaleconomic development, which includes the indexes of business scale, operationalefficiency, capability, service quality, etc; and puts forward the strategic guidingideology for the development of the business of Hubei post Ccompany, namely from theheight of strong postal business base, the company should continue to grow the countybusiness scale, actively promote marketing channel transformation, build the new coremarket-oriented products system; and then from the product, marketing, channels, services, capacity, human resources, infrastructure support and other aspects, the thesisformulates the strategic plan for Hubei county postal economic development.
