The present era is knowledge-based economy era. The competition of technology-based companies is the competition of technology, capital and talent. Talent is the key to the development of technology-based companies. The questions regarding how to retain talents and how to best utilize talent are not only the key academic research target but also the primary mission for human resource management in tech-based companies.The essay is based on the research of talent loss in AC Company in the perspective of corporate culture. And it further analyzes the inner effect of the corporate culture on talent loss for the purpose of figuring out inspiring solutions to this problem for the company through the improvement of the company culture.The essay adopts both academic and qualitative analysis during the research. It consists of five parts. First is the background and significance of the research. Second is the relative definition of corporate culture and talent loss. Third is the current condition of the human resource management of AC Company. Forth is the analysis of the effect of corporate culture on talent loss with the integrative appraisement. The last is to figure out solutions to this problem for the company through the improvement of the corporate culture.
