Optimizing Export Goods Structure Of Luoyang

The development of foreign trade determines the strength of its competitivenessin the international market. At the same time with our country has become the secondlargest trading nation in the world, Luoyang as the inland region of Henan Province,the level and field it participated in international division are deepening and expandingconstantly. The purpose of this paper keys on how to optimize Luoyang exportcommodity structure, promote the strategic transformation of Luoyang foreign tradeexport is a great subject of Luoyang foreign trading strategy,while meeting with theopportunities of coastal industrial transfer, challenges of the slow recovery of worldeconomy, and the risk of trade and investment protectionism.This paper starts from the point of view of optimizing export commodity structure,with documentary research, data analysis, review and combing the relevant literatureat home and abroad.Then combinating of the views, data and the actual situation inLuoyang to analysis advantages, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, and identifystrategic positioning of Luoyang City,give out optimization suggestions.This paper is divided into five parts. The introduction leads to the study of thepaper--research of commodity structure optimization in Luoyang’s export, introducesthe background, significance and research methods of this study. The chapter II sortsout the basic concepts of export commodity structure and analysising of the currenttrend of commodity trade structure internationally. Then it gives an overview ofLuoyang’s economic development, and makes a survey on export commodity structureof Luoyang City. Analysis of the problems and the adverse consequences using dataanalysis. Chapter III uses a SWOT analysis to evaluate and analyze export commoditystructure in Luoyang City. Chapter IV aims at the existing problems of Luoyang’sexport commodity structure,and gives out implementation suggestions. The last chapter gives out the summarized comprehensively.
