In the information age,innovation and speed,network and value,competition andelimination become the main theme of the times.Enterprises through a series ofcomplex social networks,with the supply chain parties,users, government, universitiesand research institutions, use cooperation and competition, sharing and creativity toget the survival and development of information resources.The competitive landscapeof the network will further highlight the importance of innovation, innovation hasbecome the theme of the times, and to obtain the success of innovation and transitionto upgrade, can not be separated with these social groups, these groups andenterprises, in order to grab their own development required value,they participate inthe competitive network, which make up the enterprise competition in the value of thenetwork environment.With the wide range of computer applications,business model proposition theinnovative value,change the rules of competition,mobilize resources capacity tocreate results (Tapscott, Ticoll&Lowy,2000), it is become the necessary bridgethrough technology to output (Chesbrough&Rosenbloom,2002).No matter howintense academic discussion, objective facts can not be ignored, the business modelsand business model innovation has served as a positive component in the enterprisemanagement role (Shafer, Smith and Linder,2005). Along with the marketcompetition and elimination, the relationship of cooperation and competition betweenmarket players become increasingly complex, companies must try to adapt with thesurrounding environment and the interests of the various aspects of the relationshipbetween the value of the network, so as to get a lasting business model innovationbenefits. Business model innovation is no longer itself, it is related to the ability ofthe business to adapt to the background of the times and continued development.However, since the emergence of the concept of business model, the researchersmostly focus on its interpretation of the concept of the nature, or to emphasize itsconstituting elements and structural characteristics of the path and direction of the business model innovation, few people from the companies in which increasinglycomplex network environment to study the problem of business model innovation.Abandon the traditional on issues of the way of such a complex value network,through business model innovation which he-organized to discuss countermeasures tobe taken by the corporate self-organization and make changes on the value of thenetwork environment.The complexity of in-depth study in order to enable companiesto better business model innovation. Firstly, through the analysis of the value of theenterprise business model network environment, refining the three in the value of thenetwork involved in the subject: Enterprise, users, suppliers groups, and thenanalyzes the three main role in the value of the network, the impact on businessmodel innovation,the connotation of business model innovation; followed by furtherin-depth analysis of the complex nature of the network, get the framework of theenterprise business model in special environment; using the complex systems theoryknowledge to build a business generalized NK model mode, combined with itsclimbing law, provide a reference for the enterprise business model under certaincircumstances in a broader and complex space which it further development to.
