At present,the scope of construction research mainly focuses on the level of thecountry or province of industrial organization and performance, but lessanalyses on the construction of county or city. This article chooses HuiAnconstruction as the research object, explores county construction enterpriseshow to optimize the structure, transform and upgrade, become bigger andstronger under the new situation. So this research has important practicalsignificance.Drawing on and using the theory of industrial organization, industrialcompetition theory, related theories on the construction industry marke, thethesis elaberates the development HuiAn construction as the main line,expounds the HuiAn construction industry ‘s position, development status andcharacteristics, analyzes the HuiAn construction industry’s strengths,weaknesses, opportunities and challenges in the process of developingconstruction industry.This article elaborates the new opportunities and challenges to befaced by HuiAn construction industry development. But on the whole, theopportunities outweigh the challenges, the advantages outweigh thedisadvantages, HuiAn construction should take advantage of the goodsituation, such as the urbanization, hercynian economic rise, urbanagglomeration of XiaMen、ZhangZhou and QuanZhou，QuanZhou financialreform, etc, adapts and speeds up structural adjustment, transformation andupgrading, and increases investment in improving staff quality and productiontechnology, improves the government’s supervision of construction market,encourages the multiple industries fusion, and thus realises the trulysustainable, leap-forward development, make HuiAn construction become bigger and stronger.
