With the rapid development of science and technology and the arroval of the knowledge economy age, the role of human capital is getting more and mora important in enterprise. Human capital has become one of the key factors what make the enterprise win in the fierce competition. At present, the relationship between the quality of the talents and performance of practical work has caused many experts and scholars research interest. The expect to pick out talents who can become the core competitive power of enterprise. Therefore, the research based on the competency of human resource management becomes one of the hot issues that numerous scholars and experts pay more and more attention for. As the first station of the human resources mangement,the research based on competency of recruitment managenment is an important link of human resource management, it has begun to become the focus of attention of the scholars and experts. But the relevant research of that field is relatively less at home, and most research concentrated in "The application of recruiting management besed on the competency". Based on the review of related literatures, such as "human resource management based competecy model","the competency model of enterprise recruiters"and so on.Closely combining the role analysis and recruitment advertising analysis (taking NanChang area as an exaple) of enterprise recruiters,refering competency dictionary.At last, I designed <The Competency Modle Scale of Enterprise Recruiters>(draft), then revise the scale based on the opinion of the related domain expert. And distributed the scale to the enterprise human resource professionals and recruiters of NanChang arer.Through analysising the reliability and validity of scale,formed the finally scale, and on the basis of the above, the design gives "The Comepetency Model of Enterprise Recruiters Questionnaire",then distribut the questionnaire to many enterprise to make verification.This paper adopts literature induction, text analysis and data statistics,the reseach use SPSS17.0and AMOS17.0data statistical tool to analysis obtain data. Try to through these methods construct the competency model of enterprise recruiters. In this paper the design of cale basis of the analysis of recruiters’ and recruitment advertising, and reference the competency dictionary of Hey/Mcber company and relevant research results of domestic and international. Through factor analysis and reliability and validity analysis of the data of questionnaire,extract four dimensions of competency model of enterprise recruiters. Then make a mann-Whitney U inspection, to construct the competency model of enterprise recruiters.And we make a comparision and analyse about the competency model between enterprise recruiters and other personnel of human resources management...
