Working from the competence theoretical perspective, this research takes therecruiters in YangLin enterprise as its subjects, employs both quantitative andqualitative methods to explore the competency model. This model should be dividedinto three stages: The first stage is reading articles and finding concerning theories andselecting the competent concept. Based on the theories about competences, this studytraces the definitions, achievements on competence within both native and abroad. Thesecond stage is structuring a model. Based on reforming relevant articles, the studybrings forward the fame of the recruiters in private enterprise competency model, andprovides questionnaire to its employees. With the methods of factor analysis by usingSPSS software, the validity of the scale is verified. And finally build up the competencymodel of the recruiters. The result shows that four categories and eleven item factorscontribute the most to the competency model of recruiters, which are:(1)professionaltrait: innovation, character execution, control power,enterprise loyalty;(2)managementof talents: interaction, ability of job management;(3)professional cognition: knowledgelearning, profession master the force;(4). Ability of oneself: job integrity, expression,job satisfaction.
