Talent is the core competitiveness of enterprises. However, input and output is not proportional, many enterprises spend a lot of time, manpower, financial resources to carry out training, has not achieved the expected results.The reason is have no effective training system, employee training is still in the " stop-gap" stage.Although there are many study of training system in the theoretical, but for the power supply enterprise less. Power belongs to technology-intensive, high risk industry, some staff training directly affect the enterprise’s safety production and management objectives. In recent years, the staff training in Ningxia A power supply company is frequency, employee participation rate has been greatly improved. Set up the enterprise training system, provides a platform for employees to grow, enhance the enterprise vitality and cohesion. But compared with the company development strategy, Ningxia A electric power supply company training system still can not play a good role. How to solve these problems, improve staff training system, become a pressing matter of the moment the company’s human resources management.This paper starts from the related theories of training, mainly using the investigation method and case study method, analyses the present situation of the training system of Ningxia A power supply company from four aspects of training system, curriculum system, resource system, operation flow, and points out the existing problems in training needs, training content, training methods, training effect evaluation, training evaluation and motivation, training achievement transformation etc.. Aiming at these problems, the domestic and foreign enterprises of advanced training experience, from the training needs analysis, training content, style, rich perfect training effect evaluation, take incentive measures and put forward the corresponding improvement countermeasures, make the training work satisfy the need of employees and enterprises.In the background of the reform of state-owned enterprises, this paper proposals on A of Ningxia power supply company training system, can provide a reference to the power supply enterprise similar demand.The old state-owned enterprises to establish a scientific training system also has reference value.
