A Study On The Development Countermeasures Of Sanya Coastal Characteristic Industrial Town

Urbanization is the inevitable outcome of the development of social productive forces to a certain stage.Under the background of the overall development of urban and rural areas in China,the characteristic industrial town has become a new development mode of urban-rural integration.This paper aims at the development of characteristic industrial town,and elaborates the development of towns with characteristic industries based on the theories of location theory,industrial cluster theory.Combining with the development of characteristic industry towns,through the analysis of the development of overseas townships such as the Greenwich Town in the United States,the development of small towns in China such as West Lake Yunqi Town,the paper explores the successful experience of development of the characteristic industry town at home and abroad,and then the development idea and realization path of the rose characteristic industry town in Sanya are put forward.This article adopts the method of literature analysis and investigation method to make a research on Yalong Bay Rose characteristic industrial town in Sanya,research and analyze on the tourism resources,location advantages,development status and existing problems of the Rose Town in Yalong Bay,explore the development mode and realization path of this industrial town,and put forward relevant suggestions on the development of Sanya coastal characteristic industrial towns.The investigation and analysis show that the following problems exist in the development of Sanya Coastal characteristic industrial town.The characteristic industrial towns are small in size,comprehensive strength is weak,the infrastructure construction need to be improved,service staff are not professionally trained,the homogeneity competition is fierce,the government's management function is weak,the industrial agglomeration ability is not strong,the excavation of cultural resources is not deep enough,inadequate coastal features,low brand awareness,and the brand awareness is not well known,etc.In view of the above problems,the author believes that the following countermeasuresshould be taken.Using the advantage of location to improve the comprehensive strength,strengthen and perfect the infrastructure construction,improve the professional training of service personnel,cultivate characteristic industry,speed up industrial development and industrial cluster,increase government support policy,integrate marine culture and traditional culture of Sanya,innovate tourism marketing,increase public participation and improve the labor market,use sustainable development strategies,etc.
