Research On The Transnational Economic Cooperation Of Sino-Vietnamese Border City

Under the impetus of the development of world economic integration and regional blocs, the cross-border economic cooperation between the countries have also accelerated the pace of development, the emergence of transnational economic cooperation in the border areas between the large number of neighboring countries, in particular, border crossings, border cities as nodes cross-border cooperation is becoming more frequent. Similar to the global trend, with the completion of the China-ASEAN Free Trade Area. economic ties and economic cooperation between China and ASEAN is also accelerating development. Sino-Vietnam border areas as "the forefront" of the China-ASEAN economic cooperation, continue to explore in cross-border economic cooperation, to promote cooperation to a higher level, to innovative modes of cooperation, expand cooperation in the content. Since the early1990s, Sino-Vietnam border city including Guangxi Dongxing City and Vietnam Mong Cai City are mutually reinforcing economic and trade cooperation, innovative models of cooperation and gradually expand cooperation areas, including infrastructure construction, trade, investment, tourism, personnel free flow, etc, became the "intermediary","bridge""bridgehead" of Sino-Vietnam economic and trade cooperation and even China-ASEAN cooperation, border trade effect highlights, continue to show the effects of radiation and the demonstration effects, to further accelerate cross-border economic cooperation development of Sino-Vietnam border city, and laid the foundation for the direction of the border free trade zone.Being different from the past mainly through theoretical discussion to find the discussion of ideas for cross-border economic cooperation, this thesis explore the basic theoretical issues of cross-border economic cooperation in the border city of departure from the empirical, analysis and summarizes the experience of transnational economic cooperation in border cities at home and abroad, and discusses the theoretical basis of the transnational economic cooperation in border cities, focusing on analysis of the conditions and status of transnational economic cooperation in the Sino-Vietnam border city, then, focus on analysis of the practice of cross-border economic cooperation in Dongxing City, pointing out the dynamic mechanism, the basis in reality, the favorable conditions and the achievements of transnational economic cooperation in Dongxing city, and impact barriers further promote the cross-border economic cooperation in Dongxing city, and reference suggestions for the future promote the development of cross-border economic cooperation in Sino-Vietnam city and to the direction of border free trade zone, mainly from the strategic point of view put forward four proposals:(1) accelerate both China and Vietnam co-operation platform;(2) promote the area to enhance development and utilization of the regional value of the border city;(3) accelerate the development of cross-border industrial park, bigger, stronger foreign trade;(4) build Sino-Vietnam Dongxing-Mong Cai "cross-border free trade cooperation zone".
