In recent years, talent competition between enterprises in alcohol industry is fiercer and fiercer, how to retain talent, particularly how to retain core employees has become the most concerned issues for the enterprise human resources management. Z Company as a young company within the industry, located in the coastal areas of Guangxi, has achieved great development in recent years, it also faced with the lack of core talents. Therefore, retaining the core employees becomes currently one of the most important works of human resources management in Z Company.This study starts from development trend and industry development situation which Z present is in, through the supply and demand analysis of industry talent and the detailed analysis of core talent reserve status and existing problems in alcohol industry, then analyses Z Company core employee retention problems, based on this, raise up strategies and measures of advancing the Z Company’s core staff retention.In order to further understand the present situation of the Z Company’s core staff, this study surveys the core staff job satisfaction through the questionnaire investigation. The result presents that Z Company core employees want to be provided good opportunities for advancement, fair performance appraisal and compensation management. For Z Company’s core staff retention issues, it thinks that we can take measures from establishing employee career development system, perfecting payment and material benefits design, carrying out a comprehensive performance management and humanistic care and so on.Wish that this article analysis can provide the corresponding reference and reference to retain the core staff for other enterprises.
