| After several decades economic development with China reformand opening, more and more small and medium sized enterprises have been growing in China, also many problem have been happened in those companies, specially for salary system design problem, it can not attract, encourage staff, and Against emploees’ enthusiasm, it lead to many core staff to leave company, so many companies can not get good progress and some companies bankrupt.This thesis has made the analysis effect based on salary management against business management of small and medium sized enterprises. Firstly, this thesis elaborated the purpose and background of the research, internal and external situation, and expound how salary management has effected business management of SME. Secondly, tell about distress, loss, confusion, reform, progressive that CIMC Raffles has meet during its salary system reform, Yantai CIMC Raffles Offshore Ltd how to re-design salary system, sepcially on organization and position setting, performance management, job evaluation, salary level evalution, pay structure and welfare benefits; Finally, study how to optimize salary system for small and medium sized enterprises. It has also discussed the cause according to the realistic analysis. In the end, this thesis has pointed the measures for the SME salary management from all different kinds of perspectives.As economic slowdown now in China, SME has faced many problems, only those SME update their business management, design good salary system for themselves, increase cohesion of core staff, can enhance company competitive power, then can stand up to the shock from European debt crisis. |
