In response to this series of questions, firstly, the article analysis the theory thatabout the employment of farmers,"The theory of public employment services" indicates that, our country’spublic employment service supply can not meet the employment needs of farmers, at the same time lag inthe diversification of the social structure of employment change, inefficient performance of the supply inthe of migrant employment services subject and form a single, the demand can not be reconciled with theemployment of farmers development."Human capital theory" indicates that, we should increase investmentin human capital, and improve the overall quality of the farmers’ employment, and to promote theemployment of farmers. Secondly, analysis from the social reality of factors, the farmers of the mainbarriers to employment performance in: the affect of the Traditional social structure,the employment service system missing, as well as the adjustment of industrial structure. Finally, from the farmers’ ownfactors, low employability is the main obstacles to employment by the farmers, while the impact ofsmall-scale peasant economy, resulting in the employment of farmers are not enthusiastic, which are tosome extent affected the employment of farmers.At last, article combine employment of foreign farmers training model and make recommendations:first of all, strengthen the legislative building, promotion of vocational education training system of thefarmers, promote legislation to protect farmers’ employment; secondly, guided by the government, toimprove the vocational education system; finally, to be market-oriented, targeted to improve the content ofthe training of farmers and practicality. At the same time, rationalization proposals for the employment ofChinese peasants cultivate mode: first, forward to the "self-employment" mode by job placement; second,strengthen vocational education, transportation professionals for the enterprise; third, development ofregional economy in rural areas to promote the local settlement of farmers; fourth, broaden employmentchannels to promote the employment of farmers.
