Especially the new-type urbanization and new agricultural management main body makes a lot of peasants’ entrepreneurship, caused by the large demand for labor and land, which may change the peasants’ professional expectation, affect the willingness of land transfer.In this paper, the choice of business entrepreneurship to farmers in focus for the study, first define the entrepreneurial farmers, land transfer and other concepts. And on the basis of 256 farmers in Heilongjiang province research samples, and uses the logistic model and analyzes the influence of farmers autonomous practitioners choose to peasant land’s transfer willingness. Research shows that: the farmers home business of various types, impacts on Farmers’ willingness of farmland transfer in different. Farmers engaged in similar model of agricultural management principal agricultural venture for the land demand significantly, rather than the impact of agricultural labor transfer will demand is not significant; the influence of entrepreneurial farmers in small towns labor demand and the expected income of farmers land transfer wishes. Entrepreneurial behavior in general than the behavior of farmers engaged in agricultural non-agricultural entrepreneurial small town farmer’s effect on Farmers’ willingness of land transfer is more obvious. So for the Heilongjiang area, the analysis of returned peasant entrepreneurship selection effect on Farmers’ willingness of land transfer, for the orderly transfer of land, has important practical significance to realize the development model of urbanization, promoting the agricultural scale management.
