China home appliance industry has made a lot progress after its morethan two decades rapidly development. However, this industry now isundergoing a fierce competition with the foreign home appliance giantswho are more preponderant in technology, capital and management. On theother side, home appliance manufacturers of China share the nearly samebrand reputation and product technology, performance, quality, price andafter sale service except distribution channel management. Therefore, thekey factor for these manufacturers to get out the morass and march forwardis to establish and optimize its distribution channel.The paper takes the Kelon distribution channel as the bakeground,completing in reading the foundation of a great deal of data and on-the-spotinvestigation. The paper introduces the basic theories of the distributionchannel and the present condition and the development trend of the homeappliance industry, also introducing present condition and four maindistribution channel models of the current China home appliance industryand its appliances, then the point discussed the design, implement andmaintenances of the Kelon distribution channel and Kelon presentcondition. Promotion of the marketing strategy in Kelon. And it Proved thefeasibility and validity of its mode. Also it comPared and analyzed themarketing tactics to the rival of Kelon. Ai last it discussed the Pros and consof the marketing Strategy.
