In the modern enterprise management the human resources management is related to enterprise rise and fall of the important component of, and in human resources management is an important link performance assessment, it is used to evaluate the performance of the employee’s main assessment method. So most of the modern enterprise is in constant exploration performance assessment of the concrete implementation method and its actual situation conform with the enterprise performance evaluation system.Based on the theory and practice of the methods, fully learn human resources management and performance evaluation theory, based on the original GFJ company performance evaluation system and actual situation makes a comprehensive and detailed investigation and analysis, find out the original of the performance evaluation system of the problems and deficiencies.Then, combined with the practical situation of the enterprise, based on the analysis of the problems and causes, and put forward the optimization design of the purpose and principle, ensure the optimization of the performance evaluation system standardized, scientific, accord with the actual development of enterprise.In this paper GFJ company of the performance evaluation system optimization design, the optimization design of preparation is expounded, the employee’s appraisal standards for sure, clear appraisal method, cycle and executives, and the assessment result of the feedback, improvement and application were discussed.Finally, the optimization of implementing guarantee after assessment system is discussed, and including staff of the ideological unity, the construction of a reasonable organizational structure and good organization culture, and set the management system so as to form a complete set.The result of the research of the Chinese state-owned small and medium-sized enterprises in the implementation of performance appraisal is of certain reference and the reference value.
