Corporation examine system is the security ensure to middle management for rising and achieving our goals,In the process of practice,that Is not a simple thing,on the contrary,Sometimes bring more criticism and criticism. it is of realistic importance effective staff performance assessment system to help realize enterprises’ objectives.In order to improve middle manager performance evaluation system for perspective.In the middle of the investigation of the status quo of the HUANKUANG performance appraise date entry point, It makes a deep study for cause of the formation and the practice,And from the improvement of the system and scientific assignment aspects of index weight insufficiency in the given to compensate and optimization.First, the research theories and substance theories are stated clear, which fixs a solid theoretical foundation for the research of this topic.Second, Run the process for HUANKUANG company is made and analysis is drawn on the status quo of the performance assessment of HUANKUANG company. Prominent problems are found and deeper analysis is supported to offer basis for find out the problem of the performance assessment of HUANKUANG Compan,On the basis of analyse,this paper will summarise the main problem the following points,there are mainly:the assessment purpose is not clear, system is not perfect,system of missing links,traditional rigid index content,unsicentiffic, and the problem analysis is presented.Again,according to the research result, the performance appraisal system is discussed from aspects of design, content and the index has been optimized accordingly.Lastly, At the same time it puts forward the guarantee measures to make sure the efficient working of this system.
