Human resource management is a hot topic in the dynamic market competition of thenew century. In order to improve the staff management and enhance the businesssustainability, it is critical to compose systematic training for the staff, which will in turnsbenefit the enterprise development.Ever since its birth in July of2010, Grid Planning&Research Centre ofEnterpriseA hasbeen studying the long term development strategies about the staff management of thecompany. This is because without social experience and practical skills, fresh graduates andnew staff cannot deal with many daily tasks within a short period after they are enrolled in thecompany. Therefore, it is important to form a well developed training system.With the employment discipline and employee training theory, as well as themethodologies of Expert Interviews and Real case Questionnaire, this dissertation isdesigning a well structured and high efficient employee cultivation, including the trainingprocess, organization and principle. This system helps to upgrade staff in acknowledgement,skills, altitude and mindset, which may further increase the performance of the employee andthe enterprise. Moreover, this system can also be applied to other companies in this field. |
