At present, the cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases incidence was rising in our country, this current trend provide a broader market space for drug production in this field of disease treatment. As a new pharmaceutical company, have to faced with the problem, how to grasp the opportunity, consolidate the basis, and long-term development, the advantages and development potential of the products, conform to the company’s actual, accurate positioning of enterprise development strategy. Based on the above background, the article expand Research on corporate strategy and implementation problem when T pharmaceutical company implement on Pitavastatin Calcium project, and hope to provide a reference for the company’s strategic choices and implementation of the project.Based on the framework of the strategic management process, this paper first analyzed the external environment with EFE, to identify the business threats and opportunities of the company, then analyzed the internal environment with IFE to derive the strengths and weaknesses of the enterprise, such as the human resources, corporate culture, and present situation of the product, equipments. On this basis, the paper positioned the T pharmaceutical company’s strategic with SWOT. At the end, to analyze the strategy implementation for the Pitavastatin Calcium project, concluded project selection, pharmaceutical factory development and marketing strategies. As a corporate strategy strategic projects, the project will be a good entry point for the effective implementation of the corporate strategy.Though the research, we can found that the choice of strategy project just a premise for company strategy. Many supporting measures needed to be developed to ensure the effective implementation of the company strategy. In this regard, the research for the project implementation still needs to be followed-up.
