Teams have gradually become the basic unit of work organizations in the dynamic environment, and the factors which affect the team performance have been the focus of attention of researchers. With the deepening of research in recent years, scholars have found that the cognitive style is not only an important aspect to affect individual performance, but also plays an important role in the study of group performance.This paper chooses teams as the sample, Through studying the documents of relevant content for cognitive styles and team performance firstly, secondly proposes hypothesis between variables, then through questionnaire survey, data callback,and SPSS researches the influence of cognitive styles of team members, team cohesion, the interactive memory system on team performance. Finally integrates the data form individual members into the team level and then reaches the impact on team performance. The primary fruits and conclusions are as follows.(1)This research introduced the concept of cognitive styles, studied the relationship between cognitive styles and team performance, and put team cohesion and interactive interactive memory system as intermediary variable, at last found that creative and conformist have distinctive positive impact on team performance, and attentive-to-detail has distinctive negative impact on team performance.(2)Through the further analysis found that team cohesion and interactive memory system acting as a mediator. At the same time to team performance are produce positive influence.Through the research of this paper, we find managers should pay attention to increase creative and conformist members to strengthen team internal innovation performance and satisfaction in practice, at the same time reduce attentive to detail members, avoiding reduce the team overall efficency and effectiveness,and thus hinder the team’s performance.
