| In this paper, Along with China and GCC deepening economic and trade exchanges, China’s manufactured exports to GCC also increased year by year, but China’s manufactured exports is considered to be low technical products. So, how is technical level for China’s manufactured exports to GCC compared with Europe and the United States, Japan and South Korea and other countries? How is the product class? Is there strong competitiveness? These problems is related to long-term economic and trade relations between China and GCC. There is important practical significance for a in-depth study. This paper analyzes this problem from the perspective of China’s manufactured exports technical structure. This article uses the export product technology content method to analyze the technical structure for manufactured goods exports of China to GCC. The first use of the dominant technological value-added (RTV) method of FanGang calculated China’s manufactured exports technology content; Again make further calculation through the proposed classification method and improving product EXPY index assignment method. According to the result analysis structure status and changing trend for manufactured exports of China to GCC, reveal that Chinese manufactured goods exports of technology structure level in GCC.The main conclusions of this paper:from the point of total exports, China has now become GCC’s second largest importer. On export technical structure, technology structure of China’s manufactured exports to GCC increased year by year. Shows that in recent years, It produced results of China’s policy of the export of technology transformation. But technical structure of China’s exports to GCC is still low compared to Europe, the United States and other developed countries. Lower technology levels of manufactured goods exports accounted for more than60%, still need to further optimize.According to the analysis conclusion, the paper puts forward policy recommendations. put forward more technology direction of specific export structure optimization for enterprises; Stressed that government agencies continue to relax the export policy, and put forward a more targeted export tax rebate scheme; At the same time puts forward China good bilateral relations is an important guarantee for technical transformation of Chinese exports to GCC. |
