As the expansion of global, regional economic integration and in-depth reforms in China, there are more and more exchange activities at home and abroad in various industries. Tourism, the so-called sunrising industry, not only stimulates the economy, but also contributes greatly to the development of politics, society, culture and environment in region. The lifeline of tourism, tourist transportation is one of the prerequisites to realize travel demand and important means of adjusting industrial structure and foreign exchanges. Airlines transportation is the main support and productive force to develop inbound tourism. Tourism industry and transportation industry, the two basic industry, are interdependent, fusional and interpenetrative.Based on aviation industry and tourism of Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region, this paper focuses on the tourism marketing development of Guangxi-ASEAN in the perspective of Guangxi-ASEAN international flights. First, the research background, significance and its practical values are proposed and the research situation of growth of aviation industry and tourism home and abroad are introduced. Second, marketing theory, the marketing theory of6PS and public marketing theory are elaborated and a case study is analyzed---the success of Hainan international tourism island program owing to the application of marketing theory of6PS and the opening of cabotage right. Third, the state quo of Guangxi tourism is presented through the analysis of travel, airline, characteristics analysis of tourism behavior, the consulate and the visa situation.Fourth, the problems of tourism marketing development under the dredge of ASEAN airline is stated and analyzed. Finally, the solution and constructive suggestions are put forward to develop Guangxi ASEAN tourism.This paper intends to enrich the specific transportation (e.g., air transport) and the theoretical study of tourist market development, and offers feasible references and suggestions to decision-making sections of governments and development of tourism enterprises.
