Analysis On The Synergetic Evolution Level Of Land And Marine Industry Structure In Coastal Area And Its Regional Heterogeneity

The Synergetic development of Land and Marine Industry is the effective path torealize the sustained and healthy development of the social and environment, andindustrial structure upgrade. In recent years，Marine economy has developed rapidly,and become the new bright spot of economic development of many coastal countries,which not only lifts the resources plight of economic development of the land, butalso promotes economic growth strongly. At the same time, the systems of Marineand Land have different features and characteristics, and can exchange material andenergy frequently, which could form a complementary effect, but there are alsocompetitive contradiction between them, so the integrated development of Land andMarine Industry is needed to avoid dualistic of Land and Marine economy. Theindustrial sector is the meso level of the national economy, and the integrateddevelopment of Land and Marine Industry depends on the linkage development Landand Marine, The Synergetic development of Land and Marine industry structure canachieve effective integration of Land and Marine chain and promote synergeticupgrade of Land and Marine industry structure. Coastal areas is a typical area ofsynergetic development of Land and Marine industry, and economic developmentbasis, the needs of the community structure, institutional environment, and otherfactors led to the regional differentiation of industrial structure, therefore, to study thedegree of synergy of Land and Marine industry structure of coastal areas and itsregional heterogeneity has important reference value to exploit marine resourceseffectively, and improve the efficiency of economic growth, and promote theupgrading of industrial structure.Based on this background, coastal areas as the study area, the synergetic degreeof Land and Marine industry structure as the research object, based on the1999-2010provincial statistical data, we achieve the degree of synergy and regionaldifferentiation:(1) the degree of synergy of Land and Marine industry structure ofcoastal areas as a whole is growing, but the time gap of the degree synergy is big.This is related to the time gap of development degree, evolution speed of industrialstructure of Land and Marine economic, but it also shows that the joint development ability of Land and Marine industry is growing.(2) There are regional difference ofsynergy degree of coastal Land and Marine industry structure, but the gap has reducedgradually. This is related to regional economic base, regional resources, the needs ofthe community structure, institutional change, and other factors. But the coordinatedregional development strategy, technical knowledge spillover, and enhance of theflow of production factors also to some extent reduce the regional differences.Finally, based on the above study, from the integration of Land and Marineresources, enhance of the industry associations, strengthening technical cooperation,and the establishment of Land and Marine comprehensive management institutions,establishing of inter-regional cooperation, we proposed relevant countermeasures topromote synergy upgrade of Land and Marine industry structure.The innovation of this paper has several aspects:(1) based on regionaleconomics, industrial economics and evolutionary economics theory, combined withstatistical methods, it tries to use structure deviation degree and collaborationevolution coefficient, as well as poor deviations and standard deviations, with thecluster analysis method, using1999-2010provincial statistical data,from the twodimensions of time and space, clearly show the synergy level of Land and Marineindustry structure in coastal areas.(2) based on the analysis of the evolution of theindustrial structure of Land and Marine, it focus on the timing characteristics andspatial characteristics of synergy of Land Area and Marine industry structure, whichhas important theoretical and practical value on promoting industry association ofLand Area and Marine, the adjustment of industrial structure, and increasing the rateof economic growth.
