Research On Measure And Evaluation Of Coordinated Development Of Marine-land Industry In China

In recent years, marine development has been raised to national strategic height, and marine industry is gradually becoming a vital force to promote the development of coastal areas’ and even the national economy. Marine industry’s contribution to the national economy is more and more prominent; it has been regarded as an important driving force of the national economy’s rapid development. Based on industry associations, marine-land industry coordinated development will effectively solve the limitations in the respective development.Therefore, it is an important mission in front of China to promote the coordinated development of marine-land industry in coastal regions.With the quick pace of coastal cities’ urbanization, the rapid development of economic aggregate and increasing urban size makes the contradictions in the process of economic development in coastal areas more and more prominent. As the land emissions increase rapidly, and environmental economic capacity factors such as markets, resources, technology,labor and production factors are limited and with the environment stress of cause by the coastal areas’ industrial development make the resource sharing and functional complementation between marine industry and land industry and finally realizing the coordinated development of marine-land industry become inevitable.It is very important of the coordinated development of marine-land industry system to improve the coastal industrial distribution, optimize the industrial chain link, solve the conflicts of using the marine resource and land resource, achieve sustainable economic development and social development in coastal areas, and build maritime power. Realizing complementary use of marine resources endowment and land production factors, effective connection integration of industry chain and upgrading of the industrial structure are effective means to realize marine-land industry’s collaboration. The premise and foundation of marine-land industry’s synergetic development is correlation between the marine industry and land industry. Therefore, from the perspective of the coordinated development of industry system, this dissertation analyzes the connotation of the marine-land industry’s synergetic development and the stage characteristics of development, then based on the analysis of the current development situation of coastal provinces’ marine-land industry, this dissertation analyzes the correlation factors between the marine industry and land industry. This dissertation explores assessment indicator system that can reflects the characteristics of marine-land industry’s synergetic development, using ordering degree model and synergetic degree model, this dissertation measures the synergy degree of marine-land industry development and analyze current situation of marine-land industry’s synergetic development,based on the analysis of degree of order of marine-land industry development to play a certain reference role for the development of marine-land industry.
