As the increasing of enterprises’ exploration to new revenue streams and public awareness of environmental protection, it is became a common topic to realize circular economy. Some developed Countries and areas have established their own relatively well-developed legal system and legislative directives. However, the reverse logistics of waste electronic products’ EOL of our Country is still in its infancy. The management of recycling of waste electronic products is irregular and the relevant market is out of order. So, encouraging and restraining mechanism should be built by the government to promote the reverse logistics of waste electronic products. A relationship which was complicated, long-term cooperation and consulting was established between enterprises and government due to their different concerns. So, they should take measures to achieve a win-win situation. Only when both sides find a balance, the reverse logistics of waste electronic products can be well promoted.The game models between government and enterprises were established using game theory.The frequency of government supervision, subjective effort of manufacturer were considered as game strategies between government and manufacturer. The game mechanisms, the synchronous decision making mechanism between the government and manufacturers as well as the Stackelberg dynamic mechanism, were established and well-studied. Finally.using the Matlab software to compare analysis conclusion. The reverse logistics of waste electronic products need corresponding incentive and restraint mechanism which originate from the government. Principal-agent theory was applied to compare in the symmetric information and asymmetric information of optimal incentive contract,which can guide the government to establish scientific and effective policies. Moreover, the research results also offer theoretical basis for enterprises to develop reproduction strategy, obtain the advantages of competition and cooperate with the government’s supervision and management. Finally, the research results enriched the theoretical studies of reverse supply chain management and promote the sustainable development of recycle economy and make a contribution to the continued development of circulative economics in China.
