In this paper, the process of QMLD’s ERP deployment and application is described andevaluated. By the application of ERP system, both the management level and the capability ofenterprise resource configuration has been improved.ERP means "enterprise resource planning", as we can see from its’ name, ERP mainlyaims to make enterprise resource optimization and configuration more effective and rational.By ERP, both the efficiency of productivity and enterprise management level can beenimproved, also the competitiveness is raised. Modern ERP software covers all aspects of theenterprises, from materials procurement, product sales to human resources management,enterprise finance, etc. All this aspects are optimized by ERP. The importance of ERP hasbeen realized by all the industry, so almost somewhat sized companies hopes to use ERP toimprove enterprise management level, but many of them failed because kinds of reasons,because the deployment of ERP is really a system engineering.The ERP concept is deeply and fully evaluated in this paper, and focusing on the mainproblems existing in QMLD, this paper gives an solution how to cope with them, and to makefull use of ERP. On this basis, a10-stage creative method is used, also some innovations inproject organization is imported into. After the successful deployment of ERP in QMLD,good running efficiency and management level is achieved.
