Along with the advance of society,the company management is becoming more perfectionism,more scientific,more systematic,more humanization,and began to introduce or create a variety of management or work rules.These rules are achieved but the problem is often contradictory between them.For example,strictly follow the "standard principle of six sigma","bottom knockout" and "people-oriented","motivate employees to create",the management methods are very different.And "product trends","education consumer" and "customer is God","market orientation" are almost the opposite.Each rule can find out the typical success cases,so how do we think of the contradiction between them?If we analyze from nine enneagram theory,it can be more clearly.Different management methods are the reaction of the different personality types.From this perspective,the management methods are not absolutely right and absolute wrong,only appropriate and inappropriate,feasible and infeasible.In the workplace,gentle or strict supervisor,serious or active colleague,reliable or undisciplined subordinates,may have their own problems,but also has the potential to be good partners.How we according to different employee character to configure according to different position and different personality,including employee's bias and limitation to keep the correct cognition,to help staffs complementation,high-efficient work and cooperate happily in the actual work.And then let the enterprise to move forward in a good direction.It is based on this kind of attention,nine enneagram theory is favored by more and more.From abroad to domestic,from government agencies to multinational companies,more and more institutions and enterprises applicate the theory in their own enterprise management and it has been gradually accepted and recognized.The nine enneagram Theory becomes one of the important tool for the enterprise management,especially for human resources management.The measuring method in use nine enneagram mainly divided into two parts of the questionnaire and interview.Questionnaire test part of the generally used American Don Richard and Riso,development of test of 144 questions,and related professionals to develop 108 test questions.For the interview part,requires the interviewer has a certain professional experience.In this paper,the NZ company is a wholly owned subsidiary of New Zealand.The company's business mainly involves wood and related products of international trade,bonded warehousing and simple processing of wood products.Annual trade volume of more than $10 million.Because of NZ company's own characteristics and the executive staff complex higher vocational and technical requirements,cause the employee's work in the corresponding position has occurred in the process of configuration is not reasonable,employees work enthusiasm is not high,workers out of jobs and other series of problems.In order to solve these problems,NZ company introduce the nine enneagram theory and hope it becomes the effective tool in modifying original problems.Based on the original HR management,use these evaluation data as reference foundation.This paper tries to analyze the enterprise configuration problems in position,contrasting the application of different effect of introduced the theory before and after.Using literature analysis,field research method and questionnaire survey summarizes relevant experience and the effectiveness of the application,analy the expectations of the application effect.Hope will not only help the company toward the positive direction,also provide reference for other enterprises.
