Knowledge resources hasgradually become one of the core resources of the innovative cluster development. It iscausing a major change in production methods, mode of operation and strategicdecision-making. For effective dissemination and explore the knowledge resources ofdevelopment in the innovative clusters, the configuration of the scientific method isimminent.Innovation clusters survive in the era of knowledge economy depends on theoptimization of the allocation of knowledge resources to obtain competitive advantage.
