Economic globalization and the aggravation of social competition ability for enterprises in the development of the social pressure are increasing. Enterprise manager on performance management attention increasingly improving, in order to ensure that enterprises in the risk is everywhere, changeable society remain invincible, How can enterprises design suitable for the development of highly strategic meaning, justice of performance management has become the face of the focus and difficulty of management.This article through to the X Corporation’s detailed investigation, based on performance management theory, and designs a set of strategic performance management scheme. The scheme based on the company’s production of the frontline staff, technical staff, line managers, middle managers, senior management personnel for specific research design for staff development of the performance evaluation system. Through evaluating the employee performance, ability, and attitude, if the result of evaluation staff results to obey, can pass through the superior appeal, feedback opinions. The performance results do not ideal employee, company through coaching to help staff to improve their performance. In conclusion, the establishment of this system the ultimate goal is to enthusiasm of the staff, to achieve the company performance level.Through the company specific study on the construction of strategic performance management system, it not only strengthens the books on performance management theory knowledge, but also solves the company in strategic performance management problems need attention. I hope that this system can provide the company better improve employee performance, assist the company to create a better level performance, to create a better future.
