Primary Study On High Standard Prime Farmland

Great efforts to build high-standard farmland, to build the core area of the high standards of food production, and steadily improve the overall agricultural production capacity, to ensure national food security, increase farmers’income and promote the development of agriculture and rural economy has far-reaching significance. In accordance with the2011-2020National Land remediation planning, and strive to8million acres of standard basic farmland in the country to be built in2020,so it is necessary for the exploration of the high standards of the construction of basic farmland.According to the " high standards of basic farmland construction standard "(TD/T1033-2012) in this paper, studying the specific requirements and objectives in high standard of basic farmland construction. Take the high standards of basic farmland construction of Nanchang County Guangfu town as an example,through planning and design, improving the condition of agriculture produce, raising farmland ability to withstand natural disasters, improving the farmland quality,and increasing area, improving the comprehensive capacity of grain production, increasing farmers’income. By supporting the construction of water conservancy infrastructure, water, electricity, road, field engineering, the plots to boil and ecological protection engineering construction,it is effectively in erosion control, improving the ecological environment. At the same time through analysis the results and evaluation of the high standards of basic farmland construction implementation, analytic hierarchy process used, three a total of45indexes selected in the evaluation index system, fully proved that the high standard farmland construction, reasonable planning and design in the road is help to take effective measures in irrigation and drainage, and other infrastructure construction and the ecological environment; also have very important meaning in transforming low yield cropland, fully tap the potential of cultivated land resources; and it is the effective way to increase agricultural production potential, maintain agricultural sustainable development.
