Study On The Designation Of The High Standard Capital Farmland Based On Farmland Overall Quality Evaluation

Land resources is a kind of means of production,which provide the human with the means ofproduction that the survival,development and access to food and other agriculture and animal husbandryproducts.It plays a basic role in the rapid and sound development of the national economy.However,at thepresent stage in our country,we face the situation that we have a big population and little land,and seriousshortage in the reserve farmland resources.This situation also cation us that it is difficult to sustain if wecontinue the traditional mode of development depends on the large-scale development of reservefarmland resources without the consideration of quality.Therefore,it is extremely urgent to designate ofhigh standards of basic farmland,protect cultivated land resources,ensure food security.This study takesXinjiang Aletai city as the study area,base on conditon of the natural,social and economic conditions ofthe land,according to the classification principle of agricultural land,establish a index system of toevaluate comprehensive regional cultivated land quality,reveal spatial distribution of comprehensivequality of Aletai land.Then delimit high standards of basic farmland in Aletai City area on the basis of onthe.The main results of the research are as follows:First of all,the research states planning of high standard basic farmland theory system,and conceptof cultivated land comprehensive quality.Delimit high standards of basic farmland on the basis ofcultivated land comprehensive quality.To provide a reference for high standard basic farmlanddesignation actual work.Second,analysis the correlation degree of high standard basic farmland and natural and socialeconomic aspects related factors.Then according to the high standard basic farmland characteristics toevaluate Aletai land from the natural quality of cultivated land,the productive capacity of cultivatedland,cultivated land production facilities three aspects,and analyzes the structure status of cultivated landquality in the study area.Finally,use exponential weighing method to evaluate the results were considered,synthetically,to getthe the cultivated land comprehensive quality results.The cultivated land comprehensive quality withhigh score is divided into a high standard of basic farmland,a total of244km2.It is fully able to meet therequirements of higher authorities.compared with practical basic farmland delimitation results,the resultsnot only to ensure the quantity,but also enhance the quality,and verify the land distribution in space.
