The Research On Manufacturing System Improvement Of A Company Based On Lean Production

With market competition increasing, Products Tend To Homogeneity. The onlyuse of differentiation strategy has been difficult to maintain the leading position in themarket advantage. Through continuous eliminate of kinds of waste in value stream,Pursue zero defect and zero inventory, Lean Production can effectively reduce theproduction cost. Due to the increasing of production flexible, Shorten of delivery time,Lean Production meet the need for varieties , small quantification, high quality, lowprice and quick delivery requirements.The research is Based on A company’s manufacturing system. First of all, itmakes A brief review of Lean production theory system. Then, make a conclusion ofthe present situation and main problems of A company manufacturing system throughthe analysis of the new product development process, business distribution,manufacturing strategies. And then, Make evaluation analysis of the feasibilities andnecessities on the manufacturing system optimization of A company. Combined withthe actual situation of the A company, this paper seek for improvement andoptimization measures from the four main directions, it also gives optimizationmeasures and the design optimization scheme. Finally, in view of the implementationof the optimization scheme is in theoretical, we can’t do the actual effectivenessevaluation. In the actual process, the implementation of the scheme will meet forproblems or obstacles more or less. Therefore, this article will provide solutions toavoid the problems in Manufacturing system optimization scheme according to theactual situation of A company.The core of the article is the design of the manufacturing system optimizationscheme. The optimization design Focus on four propose directions：the IntegrateProduct Development process, manufacturing strategies, layout adjustment of trialproduction line, performance assessment adjustment. Although, the scheme is mainlydesigned on four main directions, it also contains some other aspects of content, such as BPR theory which will used in the optimization of IPD. The layout adjustment willcontents some knowledge of cell production theory, manufacturing strategy selectionwill use the theory of supply chain management and integrated supply chain theory.Performance system improvement is into the front three directions in each level,provide support and assistance for the optimization scheme.This article introduced lean production and operation method into themanufacturing system optimization scheme of A company, Part of the optimizationhas started and made good results, has important applications for the manufacturingproduction cost reduction, quick respond to the market demand.
