China’s private economy after several years of rapid development, has formed a large industrial scale, but the level of human resource development and the scale is very not match. Private companies are corporate property, able to attract high-end talents, the low quality of the staff, the extensive mode of management, private enterprises need their own practice.This study in jujube processing A company based industry, the company’s human resources position, combing its existence and use of personnel selection measures, the existing selection measures were evaluated. A company personnel measures innovation goals and corresponding implementation measures. I put forward the specific proposals:actively adjust the compensation incentives to improve the performance scientific assessment, the introduction of staff career planning, enhance the ability of internal training, strengthen corporate culture incentive, both inside and outside the planning incentives combined, to protect the incentives floor, in order to be able to Company A’s employees talent the selection System helpful, and an inspiration to other businesses.The innovation of this paper are:Company A fully understand the level of corporate governance are not fully mature, a large percentage of employees is not high quality, selection of outstanding employees to become managers work with existing enterprise development level is not match.
