Human resources(HR)are among the most precious resources of an enterprise and an organization,as both enterprise and organization have the duty and responsibility to make good use of HR to the maximum effect of the limited HR.To achieve this goal,it is necessary to make the portraits of various positions,make clear about the requirements of each position,and then make the relevant personnel arrangements and uses according to the job requirements.Thus,you can use competency model under the circumstances.Competency model is a theory and tool for the scientific evaluation of the required features of various job positions,as it can be used for the selection,confirmation and uses of competent elements in various job positions.The corporate business in commercial banks has always been one of the most fields with the fiercest competition and the highest demands for its practitioners,as this position is in the greatest need for person-post matching.The paper introduces several current basic situations of J Branch of Z Bank,such as the failed development of corporate business and the weak personnel allocation of corporate client managers,collects the selection methods of corporate client managers as well as the situation of personnel resumption in J Branch of Z Bank to analyze the problems existing in them.According to the paper,the important reason of the failed development of corporate business and the weak personnel allocation of corporate client managers in J Branch of Z Bank is that more targeted and more accurate personnel selection is carried out mainly based on the job performances of employees in their current positions,instead of the competency requirements for corporate client managers.In order to improve this situation,the paper introduces the theory of competency model through the literature research method,makes the preliminary extraction of competency elements through the behavioral interview method,inspects the competency elements through the questionnaire method,and confirms various behavioral expressions of competency elements through Delphi method.On this basis,the paper finally builds the competency model for the position of corporate client manager in J Branch of Z Bank.After building the competency model,the paper formulates the personnel selection scheme of corporate client manager based on the competency model and the actual situations of J Branch of Z Bank.Finally,in order to ensure that the selection scheme based on the competency model can play a better role,the paper puts forward some relevant suggestions about implementing guarantee from four aspects including system,organization,resource and culture.
