G power plant has been set up for eight years, the present state of the staff are young and highly educated. Which bring a strong development momentum to the plant. With the development of the business, the enthusiasm and the desire to the work of the staff cannot been ignited for the lack of the effective motivation system, so the result is that the present salary system has not been adapting to the development of the business. The salary reform has no time to delay. This paper follows the actual situation, combines with the related salary theory, according to the way of posing the problem, analyzing and solving the problem. Firstly, analyzes the present salary system and finds out and deal with the problems. Second, promotes the salary system according to the principle and the process of the salary design after the basic work of the team analysis and the post evaluation which bring to the salary level. At last, puts forward the supporting measures according to the need of the salary implement. This paper has six chapters.The first chapter is about the introduction which expounds the background and the significance of this topic that contains the content and the train of thought. The second chapter is the theory summarize which describes the related salary theory. The third chapter is about the present problems of the salary system and the comprehensive analyzing of the salary state, for example the unreasonable salary formation, the incomplete salary system, which lacking of the inspire and communication mechanism. The fourth chapter is about the admirable design of the salary system which reclassificates the post according to the questionnaire survey and the point system with the related questions. This chapter also bring us the newly salary reform on the basis of the connection between theory and practice. The fifth chapter is about the supporting measures of the salary system in the process of the carrying out, mainly exposes the setting up enterprise culture the mechanism of employee turnover and the inspection refine. The sixth chapter is about the conclusion is about the deficiency on the basis of the summing up the text.
