In the increasingly intense of market competition environment, and various commercial banks in terms of diversified of financial products put into a lot of manpower, material and financial resources, but the advantage of the bank’s financial products are homogeneous, in the same competition status, commercial banks are constantly enriched and improve their own products, enhance customer service, financial products, the growing homogenization of the case, how to improve the product pre-sale and after-sales service, improve customer satisfaction, each commercial banks to improve the core competitiveness of an important factor。 Bank branches front desk business process optimization has therefore become one of the main factors to enhance the competitive advantage of the interbank. On the core aspects of business process optimization has become an issue of reengineering the bank and research, the practice of hot spots.
