With the rapid development of IT industry, IT enterprises have played more and more role in economic development.As the high technology enterprises, IT enterprises have promoted much development in many fields,such as economic,social,and cultural life,which have become the key means to foster the human cultural progress.The technological innovation has always been a crucial element for enterprises from each country to pursue the economic growth and to cultivate the key competition ability. The final target of technology innovation is achieving for a higher profit rate than the average through creating a long term competition advantage, which is also the principle objective for enterprises to conduct technology innovation. Following the arrival of the knowledge economy,Kunming Enersun Technology is facing a crisis of industry upgrading. How to choose a technology innovation strategy that matches the basic situation of the enterprise is the problem that this paper is trying to solve.Based on the research on the relative articles and strategies of technology innovation being used at both home and abroad, after having analyzed Enersun Technology’s innovation process and current ability,this papers discussed about the problems that Enersun Technology involves in conducting the innovation. Combining the temperature sensing resistor’s current fast—developing fact in both domestic and international market and the increasingly fierce competition environment in domestic market, in addition to a strategic management analysis on the crisis, opportunity,advantages and inferior strength of Enersun Technology, this paper produces out a technology innovation strategy which fits the company’s development. This thesis draws out a conclusion that Enersun Technology enjoys great superiority in R&D and its equipment while facing fierce competition in terms of the upgrading of the products.therefore, technology innovation is bound to be improved. Through research, this paper points out that Enersun Technology should set up an innovation system which should be imitationinnovation--oriented with independent innovation as auxiliary.Based on the confirmed strategy on technology innovation, this thesis has put forward the constructive suggestions from the perspectives of system innovation, management innovation, technology innovation, etc.
