Along with the further coordinated transformation of the economic system,the further broadening of the application of innovation,and the emergence of new models and development trends,Chinese enterprises are facing many problems in their development.In particular,the traditional domestic manufacturing regions,although they are complete in all categories and perfect in all industries,there is still a big gap in the domestic manufacturing production regions compared with today’s world-leading technology level,and there is still a need to improve at the levels of active innovation,capital efficiency,industrial structure level,digital depth,and product quality effect.In recent years,the country has actively promoted the development of information engineering as an important breakthrough in national technological innovation,and regarded electronic components technological innovation as the core of technological innovation,with a view to gaining competitive advantage and development advantage.Therefore,electronic components enterprises must carry out technological innovation.a limited company is located in Yangzhou economic and technological development zone,is a national environmental protection new energy characteristic industry foundation backbone enterprise.Although the enterprise has a clear direction for future development strategy,as a manufacturing enterprise supported by technology,the importance of technological innovation strategy is not sufficiently recognized,and the correlation between technological innovation and enterprise development strategy is not strong.Under the increasingly fierce competition in the industry,the development of technological innovation strategy is an urgent problem for enterprises at present.Based on the theory of technological innovation,technological innovation management and technological innovation strategy,the main work completed in this paper includes:(1)Using the questionnaire,we analyzed the current situation of Company A’s innovation strategy,including technology research funding,R&D team structure,R&D talent recruitment and technological innovation achievements,etc.We analyzed the problems of Company A’s technological innovation strategy and found that Company A lacked cutting-edge technology research,had an unreasonable innovation investment structure,lacked technological knowledge management,and also had the problem of collaborative innovation between industry,academia and research that needed to be deepened.And on this basis,the reasons for these problems were analyzed;(2)Analysis of internal and external environment of technological innovation strategy of company A.Using the theory and method of business administration,the internal and external conditions of the company’s innovation activities are analyzed in depth to reveal the causes of the problems.According to the characteristics and development needs of Company A,we select technology enterprises with similar characteristics to the subject of the study in China and summarize and refine their successful practices,while appropriately drawing on foreign experiences to analyze the applicability of technological innovation to Company A;(3)In view of the problems of technological innovation in Company A,the basic principles,objectives and innovation strategy framework of Company A’s technological innovation strategy are proposed,while different technological innovation strategies of Company A are formulated according to different fields,different development stages and different product types,and the applicability of the innovation strategy is analyzed.To address the current problems of Company A in technological innovation,we propose to strengthen the basic innovation and management process,innovate the budget investment mechanism,strengthen the technical knowledge management and build a collaborative innovation platform.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of Company A’s technological innovation strategy,a series of guarantee measures are proposed,including improving the incentive mechanism for technological innovation,strengthening the enterprise’s talent training,enhancing marketing capabilities,and establishing a database for technological innovation projects.The macro environment and industry environment faced by Company A in its technological innovation strategy is the common environment faced by many domestic electronic component enterprises,and the advantages and disadvantages of the enterprises themselves are also representative.This thesis takes technological innovation strategy as the research topic,analyzes the general environment faced by the development of Chinese electronic component enterprises in an objective manner by
