Research On T Company's Technological Innovation Strategy

Technological innovation determines the competitive position and development potential of enterprises in the industry.Choosing a suitable strategic model of technological innovation according to the comprehensive analysis of internal conditions and external environment of enterprises is helpful to establish the strategic objectives of technological innovation and make corresponding strategic deployment.Therefore,it is essential to take the strategy of technological innovation as the research subject,and to explore how the enterprises,as the innovation subject,carry out strategic selection and implementation under the new competitive situation.This paper takes T company's technology innovation strategy as the research object,and takes the theory of technology innovation and the theory of technology innovation strategy as the theoretical basis.In the part of theoretical research,the concepts,characteristics and content framework of technology innovation theory and related theory of technology innovation strategy are summarized respectively.Based on the classification,mode and general strategic mode and characteristics of technology innovation,as well as the theory of enterprise innovation ecosystem and technology innovation capability,the external environment of T company's technology innovation is analyzed by PEST and Five Forces Model,and T company's technology innovation environment is analyzed.Through SWOT analysis,we divide T company's technology innovation strategy into four directions: growth strategy,transformation strategy,diversification strategy and defense strategy,and quantify the industry attractiveness and product competitive position of its main products by using GENERAL product development analysis method.On this basis,according to each strategic choice direction of T company,the matching analysis of innovation mode is carried out.Finally,specific measures to ensure the implementation of the strategy are put forward from five aspects: the construction of innovation ecosystem,the enhancement of technological innovation ability,process management and allocation of technological resources,the construction of intellectual property strategic management system and brand management.The research conclusion has certain practical significance for T company to construct technical innovation ecosystem and improve the level of strategic management of technological innovation,and provides a new approach of thinking for enterprise business and development strategic planning.
