Compensation management as an important part of the human resourcesmanagement in the modern era, and is also directly related to the competitiveness ofenterprises. In recent years by the impact of the financial crisis, the corporate responseto the crisis, forced the implementation mechanisms conversion measures, internalagencies also will change, corporate human resources system, continue to adjust.Therefore, how to correctly handle its own strategic and policy conversion and humanresource optimization configuration, how objective do paid according to contributionretain enterprise resource advantages, thus promoting the development of enterprises,and to ensure that employees receive the material and spiritual satisfaction, arousetheir issues such as enthusiasm, has become a hot topic in management circles.This article based on the author’s work practices and in-depth investigations, bythe use of theory with practice, case studies and data collection method, whileconcerned about the current situation of domestic and foreign research on salarymanagement, summarizes the future development trend of salary management,combined with the actual situation of Shenzhen Noposion Agrochemical CompanyLimited operations, in response to its problems in the current system of remuneration,proposed the optimized design scheme of salary system of Shenzhen NoposionAgrochemical Company Limited. First of all, this outlines the salary managementtheory, followed by combing the existing salary system of Shenzhen NoposionAgrochemical Company Limited, find their problems and disadvantages, analyse thenecessity and feasibility of the optimized design scheme, based on the ideas andprinciples of salary management, we proposed a design thinking of salary system,optimized scheme and performance management optimized scheme of ShenzhenNoposion Agrochemical Company Limited. In the end, it discussed the ShenzhenNoposion Agrochemical Company Limited specific steps and the measures ofguarantee of salary system optimized scheme.At present, there are a little research on optimized scheme of salary managementin agrochemical, there is no reference frame to reference, this article set ShenzhenAgrochemical Company Limited as a case, proposed specific optimization plan, itserved as a important reference for other company for the future salary managementtransform in agrochemical industry field.
