Individual Knowledge Sharing Study In IT-based Service Outsourcing Enterprises

From the perspective of IT-based service outsourcing, based on available literature of knowledge sharing, a theoretical framework about factors which affect knowledge sharing performance in IT-based service outsourcing enterprises is proposed and nine hypotheses are posed. After investigating5companies in Xi’an Software Park,153final samples are collected. Using SPSS17.0and AMOS17.0software to do the analysis and find the influence of knowledge properties, trust, face, organization incentive mechanism, organization culture and knowledge sharing willingness on knowledge sharing performance. Employed case studies to explore question that how IT-based service outsourcing enterprise to deal with knowledge sharing.The conclusions are that, trust has positive influence on knowledge sharing willingness; face has positive influence on trust but only some positive relation about knowledge sharing willingness; knowledge properties has positive influence on knowledge sharing performance; organization incentive mechanism has positive influence on knowledge sharing willingness and knowledge sharing performance; organization culture has positive influence on knowledge sharing performance.
