With economic globalization and the widespread application of information technology, humanity has entered a new economic age, the competitive environment facing the uncertainty and unpredictability. In this case, the huge De-level competition, unable to quickly respond to external environmental changes. Therefore, in order to power the basic characteristics of a flat network into a business of the organization was born, and become the dominant trend in the development of organization structure. According to the scope of the size of the organization network can be divided into the internal network of organizations and inter-organizational network. Because of limited capacity, only an organization's network into this study. Network within the organization gradually replace the traditional hierarchical organization structure, knowledge instead of the traditional means of production as businesses innovate, improve competitiveness of the source. How knowledge of patterns in the organization under the internal network and share the full flow of market competition faced by modern enterprises can not avoid the question.Knowledge sharing in practical work will not be natural behavior. View from the process of knowledge sharing, shared behaviors related to sharing the main, shared objects and shared tools. But as a subject of knowledge sharing knowledge workers, not only is the carrier of knowledge but also knowledge sharing activities of participants. The strength of shared consciousness, sharing their enthusiasm and initiative to share the level of knowledge sharing within the organization efficiency and effectiveness has been decisive. But the reality is that long-term accumulation of knowledge and knowledge sharing conflict between low-cost, difficult nature of knowledge creation and knowledge sharing benefits the contradiction between the uncertainty of knowledge workers and the monopoly of knowledge and psychological because employees are a serious impediment to knowledge sharing initiative. So, to motivate employees to share knowledge and initiative to achieve a positive value-added knowledge to improve business innovation and effective way.This incentive mechanism is established for the knowledge-sharing activities, including performance evaluation of knowledge sharing, knowledge sharing, salary, personal training programs, innovative management s-ystem and trust system in several areas, including innovation management system is based on trust in the system is the core, through knowledge sharing performance appraisal system and pay oriented individual training plans, by the realization of the internal network forms of organization of knowledge sharing activities of a comprehensive incentive.
