As an new employing labor way, the labor dispatch system has rapidly developed in the recent several years. On the one hand, this kind of dispatch system has effectively solved labor employing demands of enterprise; on the other hand, it is facing many questions. The special status of labor dispatch employees makes them far behind the official employees on their behalf, such as different wages and bonus, low level of social security, narrow developed space about their profession, and so on. These disparities will make Labor dispatch employees formed unfair perception for the organization, which will also affect their organizational identification. The purpose of this research is to manage the practical issues into theoretical issues, to conduct the study on the moderating impact of labor dispatch employees'subjective well-being on the relationship between organizational justice and organizational identification. The study process includes the depth interview and the questionnaire investigation, based on existing research results and research methods at home and abroad.Although many scholars have researched the antecedent variables about organizational identification, and many research results have indicated the organizational justice is considered to be an important factor to affect the organizational identification, managers in the enterprise still feel confused because of the practice discovery- different labor dispatch employee has the different perception for the organization when facing the same fairness problem. Therefore we need to find the influence mechanism between organizational justice and organizational identification, besides, does this process changed under certain conditions, and how is the result? In order to answer these questions, this research referred to relevant literatures, reorganized the concepts of organizational identification, organizational justice and the subjective well-being, and combed the relationships among these variables. Basing on the analysis of influencing factors about organizational identification, this research proposed the moderating impact model of labor dispatch employees'subjective well-being on the relationship between organizational justice and organizational identification. Through 12 front-line dispatch employees of total interviews and survey of 230 questionnaires of the FAW-VOLKSWAGEN enterprise, we collect a lot of data and analyze these data with regression analysis method. The results show that:①Organizational justice has a significant positive impact on organizational identification; Procedural fairness and interpersonal justice have significant positive impact on the organizational identification; Distributive justice and information justice has no effect on organization identification.②Subjective well-being plays a significant moderating effect in the model for organizational identification. Specifically, it plays a significant moderating effect on the relationship between organizational justice and organizational identification.The significance of this research lies in: Enriched the empirical study about the labor dispatch employees; explored the application condition on the relationship between their organizational justice and organizational identification. That is, approved the moderating impact of labor dispatch employees'subjective well-being on the relationship between organizational justice and organizational identification. Simultaneously the research results may give the enterprise managers some revelations that managers should take corresponding measures to increase the level of organizational justice according to the negative affection control of labor dispatch employees, so as to effectively improve their organizational identification finally.
