Meanwhile of achieving application effect, commercial enterprises suffered many d ifficulties for the process of extending the application practices in China. It will not o nly have badly impact to the progress of management, whole diathesis and economic effect, but also limit the development of national economic situation. Therefore the pu rpose of this article is the reference ERP system implementation and application, and application of ERP System for related enterprises by expatiating on the profound impa ct of the operating regulation of petrol sales corporations arising from application of E RP System, and by analysis of the existing problems in the current implementation of the process to obtain a solution, and efforts for the future implementation of the proj ect to provide a reference implementation of ERP systems.Through the blend of interview and questionnaire on relevant staff who involved in ERP implementation and application of the Branch, and Sum up experience from a theoretical point of interpretation of the application and popularization of the ERP pr oject in the oil marketing industry experiences and Lessons. In This article there is a brief introduction to ERP system,and then introduced the basic condition of organizati on structure and the renovation of ERP project in Heilongjiang Branch of China Petro leum, on which described the background and objective of the implementation of ERP System of the Branch. This article described the issues including enterprise business processes, people thinking and understanding of the ERP application modules interdepa rtmental communication, project operation and maintenance problems and improvement needed within ERP implementation and application of sales department, through perfo rming analysis on business process of sales department and financial sectors. Project p roposal through continuous optimization of business processes, enhance their understan ding and use of ERP systems to strengthen internal controls, to strengthen interdepart mental coordination and communication, attention to personnel training, strengthening n etwork maintenance measures improved. Last describes how to further deepen the impl ementation of the ERP project.
