Therefore, the training and development of employees is the priority among priorities throughout the enterprise talent development, the company since its establishment in1995, has made innovation talent concept and system management, but in recent years the training work is not ideal. If there is a lack of specific training plan, no significant effect of training, training and employee development and no other HR modules linked problems.
